Founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Clémentine Lalande, Guillaume Sempé, and Pierre Joly, kelvin is a French startup offering a software solution for professionals in construction and real estate.

kelvin leverages artificial intelligence to generate energy studies for housing renovation projects, helping professionals make informed decisions to enhance energy efficiency. The software combines open data, computer vision, and AI, co-developed with renowned partners like CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment), U.R.B.S (IMOPE database), and NOBATEK/INEF4 (Institute for Sustainable Building Energy Transition), ensuring accuracy and reliability.

With buildings accounting for 43% of France’s annual energy consumption, kelvin remotely estimates a property’s energy performance and provides cost-effective tailored renovation recommendations to improve the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

It plays a vital role in promoting energy-efficient renovations to combat climate change and contributes significantly to environmental sustainability.
